All their meats — brisket, ribs, sausage and chicken — are delicious. They smoke their meat for 16 hours. There are a variety of side veggies. You really can’t go wrong no matter what you order.

This is the favorite BBQ option for my wife and myself. Even though they specialize in North Carolina BBQ, their food also satisfies our Texas taste buds. The meat and sauce options get as close to Texas BBQ as we’ve found in the area.
