Note About Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage travelers to buy travel insurance for any trip they take. This is for you, the guest, as oftentimes unexpected circumstances occur that can cause you to need to delay your trip, or even may keep you from taking your trip altogether. For example, you or someone in your group may get sick, you or someone in your group may be involved in an accident, or some other unexpected circumstance could occur. Any trip, no matter how well thought out and planned, can run into complications. Be sure to check your existing credit cards, as well as your home owners’ insurance, as you may already be covered and you just are not aware you have it. However, it may be incomplete, so call and make sure what it covers and what it does not cover. If you do not have a credit card that already has trip insurance, or your
homeowners’ insurance policy does not include travel insurance, be sure to shop around and choose the trip insurance that best fits your needs. No matter where you obtain travel insurance, make sure to carefully read the terms and conditions for your policy. We recommend you check out the following:
